Information drivers should provide

A street address, business name, highway and direction, nearest exit, cross street, mile marker, or map pin.
Vehicle year, make, model, color, and approximate size.
Symptoms, warning messages, visible damage, and whether the vehicle can move.
Whether the vehicle is in active traffic, on a shoulder, behind a gate, in a parking structure, or in another restricted location.
The number of passengers and any immediate safety issue.
A requested destination when towing may be necessary.

Safety
